- Please allow 2-7 business days from payment clearance for deliveries within Australia. Usually much faster.
- Please allow 10-15 business days from payment clearance for international deliveries.
- We ship through Australia Post (registered post) and signature will be required for collection.
- Several delivery attempts will be made, if we have advised that the item has been posted and you have not received it, it is usually ready for pickup from your local post office.
- We offer free postage for all orders over $200 (Australia only), so be sure to take advantage of this great deal.

- Returns & Replacements
- If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions and returned to us within 7 days of receiving item. Item must be returned in new excellent condition Item must be properly packaged Once we receive the item, we will issue a refund. Shipping charges are refundable including $10 cash bonus. Not happy with your purchase? Send it back and receive $10 bonus!

- Simply follow the shopping cart process and once the item has been paid for a confirmation email will be sent to confirm successful order.

- A confirmation email will be sent notifying that the order has been received and in addition an email will be sent once the item is dispatched. Please allow up to 1 hour in some cases for the email to be sent. If you still have not received the email please ensure that it has not been caught in your Junk E-Mail or SPAM mail foder.
- Updating Account Information
