Description

This winter doona (7 blanket warmth quilt) is suited to an optimal temperature range between -5°C to +15°C. It is perfect for winter or for colder climates.

 

Hungarian goose down is one of the world’s finest fillings for bedding products. The loft and temperature control that the down from geese in this region, make this doona a great investment in a quality night’s sleep.

 

The quality of this quilt does not stop with the filling. The 375 thread count cotton covering has been made with baffle box construction that eliminates the filling clumping at the end of the bed.

 

Baffle box design consists of internal fabric walls that separate the top and bottom layers of fabric in a quilt. While adding loft to the duvet, these internal walls also add strength; allowing the duvet to "give".

Express Shipping Australia Wide:

We are able to deliver to most locations in Australia via express post with 1-2 days delivery time (after payment clearance). Express post will incur additional cost depending on which area you are located. It will be shown as an option at checkout.

Order Tracking:

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a consignment number / tracking ID. Simply enter this on Australia Post or courier's websites to track the delivery of your parcel.

Signing for Deliveries:

Deliveries must be signed for, however, you may nominate to have the parcel left without a signature (e.g. on your porch). If you're not home when it arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you of alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.

Changing Shipping Address:

We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our customer service team as soon as possible on 1800 508 922 or email us sales@beddingco.com.au

Q: How Long Is Your Warranty?

We offer warranty against defects on all products ranging from 1-10 years. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

 

Q: What do I do if I have a problem?

Warranty claims are easy. Please note below steps:

  1. Email sales@beddingco.com.au or call us on 1800 508 922 to request a warranty claim form. We will forward you our returns form and a reply paid sticker.
  2. Print the shipping label and attach it to your return parcel.
  3. Drop off your package at any Australia Post office (free of charge), or if it's small enough you can put it in a post box. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is completed.

 

Q: What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?

BeddingCo warrants all goods for a period ranging from 1-10 years under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. BeddingCo’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear;
  2. Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
  3. Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified
  4. Any indirect or consequential loss.

 

This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from BeddingCo will be covered by warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by BeddingCo to be faulty a new item will be provided. To the extent committed by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.

 

At BeddingCo, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and excellent service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we are here to help you. If your item arrives damaged or you are not happy with your purchase, return it and we will either replace it or refund in full. Postage charges are also refunded.
