Free Next Day Shipping

Enjoy free tracked shipping across Australia*! Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment and sent from our Sydney warehouse. If you place your order before 9am AEST, we'll dispatch it on the same day. You’ll receive your order in a few working days in metro areas and up to a week in remote areas.

*Excludes rural QLD, rural WA, rural SA and NT.

Standard delivery times

  • 1-3 Working days – Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide Metro
  • 3-6 Working days – NSW, QLD, VIC & SA Regional
  • 6-9 Working days – WA, TAS, NT & Remote QLD

If you're in a metro area, you'll get free shipping on big items like mattresses, bed bases, bed heads and furniture. If you're outside of a metro area, call or email us and we'll get you a quote. 

Express shipping 

We deliver to most locations in Australia via express post for delivery in 1-2 business days. Express post incurs an additional cost. 

First Class Warranty

Rest easy knowing that our products are backed by five to 10 years warranty against material or workmanship defects. Our promise means you’ll receive a replacement or refund free of charge under warranty terms. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or poor maintenance or indirect loss.

How to claim warranty

  1. Email sales@beddingco.com.au or give us a call at 1300 634 054 to get a warranty claim form. We'll shoot you back a returns form and a reply-paid sticker. 
  2. Print out the shipping label and stick it on your return package. 
  3. Drop off your parcel at any Australia Post office or post box. It’s as easy as that!

Once we get your return, we'll sort out the refund within five business days. Whether it's a refund or an exchange, we'll email you to confirm it's all done.

120 Days Trial

We want you to love what you buy, no matter what it is. From mattresses to pillowcases, we work hard to deliver the best products to our customers.

Take up to 120 days to settle in with your new item to see if it's a good fit for you. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll send you a return-paid sticker or schedule a free pickup and refund you. We donate returned mattresses to a good cause.

Free Returns

Your purchase is completely risk-free. We're all about top-quality products and top-notch service at Bedding co – if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or if you're just not happy with it, contact us. We'll make it right by replacing it or offering you a refund. We'll also cover the cost of the return.

How to return

  1. Shoot us an email at sales@beddingco.com.au or call us at 1800 508 922 to request a refund or exchange. We'll send you our returns form and a reply paid sticker.
  2. Print out the shipping label and stick it on your return parcel.
  3. Drop off your package at any Australia Post office (totally free!) or post box.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within five business days. We'll then email you to confirm it's all done.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my order?

We ship orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment. Orders are then dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. You will receive a shipping email that includes your tracking number. Use this number to track your order on the courier’s website. Please note there may be minor delivery delays during busy public holiday periods.

Can I return items that have been used?

You can return items you’ve used, washed and otherwise trialed for up to 120 days after purchasing! This is all a part of our risk-free guarantee.

How much does oversized shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping on large items such as mattresses, bed frames, headboards and furniture if you're located in a metro area. If you live in a regional area, simply reach out to us via phone or email for a shipping quote.

My order arrived later than expected

We understand how frustrating it is when your order doesn’t arrive on time. If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, we'll raise an investigation with the courier. If the investigation is prolonged, we'll resend you a replacement to ensure you get your order as soon as possible.

Can I redirect my delivery?

Absolutely! Whether you’ve accidentally put in the wrong address or need it shipped elsewhere, we’re here to help. Reach out to our friendly customer service team, and we’ll see that your item is delivered to the correct address.

What happens if my item is faulty?

We’re committed to high-quality products and service at Bedding co, so if your product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or refund you free of charge. Under warranty terms, you’re actually covered for five to 10 years against any defects in material or workmanship.
