What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a simple and flexible payment option which allows you to pay 4 equal fortnightly instalments, interest free! So you can sleep easy at night snuggled in quality bedding and continue to enjoy the best things in life.

How do I use Afterpay?

Simply add the items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart as normal. When you finalise your checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method.

If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you will need to register your account and provide payment details. For returning customers, all you need to do is log in and complete your purchase, simple!

What do I need?

All you need is to be an Australian resident over the age of 18, and have either a debt or credit card.

How Does the Payment schedule work?

All first-time customers who use Afterpay will be required to pay the first instalment. The remaining 3 will be automatically deducted each fortnight from the nominated card. Customers also have the option of making voluntary payments at any time.

What If I can’t pay an instalment?

If for any reason you fail to make a payment, you will be charged an $10 late payment fee by Afterpay, with a further $7 late payment fee added 7 days later if the payment is still unpaid.

When will my order be shipped if I use Afterpay?

As soon as you complete checkout, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed!

How do I return or exchange items purchased through Afterpay?

The same return policy applies with Afterpay payments, if for any reason you would like a refund please contact customer service on sales@beddingco.com.au or 1800 508 922 and we will send you a paid postage label for your return parcel.

Please note that instalments may still be deducted from your nominated card even though you’ve requested a refund and sent your return parcel back. Once we have received your return parcel back at our warehouse, we will process a complete refund through Afterpay and any future instalments will be cancelled.
