Bedding co reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated terms of use on the Web Site. The Terms and Conditions that will apply to your order are the Terms and Conditions that are available on the Web Site when we accept your order. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.

However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively “Comments”) sent to our Web Site shall be and remain the exclusive property of Bedding co. You acknowledge, by your use of this Web Site, that your use of this Web Site is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of this Web Site, and that Bedding co shall not be liable for any damages of any kind related to your use of this Web Site.

We understand that warranties, disclaimers and conditions may apply that cannot be legally excluded. Accordingly, in relation to goods and services supplied by Bedding co, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedding co’s  liability for breach of any consumer guarantee, which cannot be excluded, is limited at the option of BeddingCo to:

  • In the case of services supplied or offered by Bedding co which are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption (i) the supply of services again, or (ii) the payment of the cost of having services supplied again; and
  • In the case of goods supplied or offered by Bedding co which are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption (i) replacing, or paying the cost of replacing the goods, or (ii) repairing or paying the cost of repairing the goods.

Product pricing information

The prices displayed on our Web Site may differ from prices that are available in stores or in catalogues, and our pricing may differ from store to store. All prices quoted on this Web Site include Australian GST. For full-price products, “Suggested Price” refers to the manufacturers' suggested retail price. “Our Price” refers to the everyday value price we offer to our customers. For sale products (identified by pricing in red), “Suggested Price” refers to the most recent selling price. “Sale” refers to the reduced price we are offering to our customers.

Zip Pay

Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we'll waive the fee. Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and charges subject to change. T&Cs apply. Better Sleep Club

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Better Sleep Club member subscription program (“Better Sleep Club”, “Membership”, “Program”), operated by Bedding co (“Bedding Co”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to the Terms below.

1. Membership Overview

Better Sleep Club is a paid membership program that provides exclusive benefits such as member discounts, free standard shipping, extended sleep trials, extended returns, a welcome gift, and member-only offers. Benefits may vary by product type and membership status and may be updated from time to time.

2. Membership Fee & Term

  • The membership fee is displayed at checkout at the time of purchase.

  • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Membership automatically renews every 12 months.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Eligibility

  • Membership is available to Australian residents aged 18+.

  • Membership benefits are for personal household use only, not for commercial, wholesale, or resale use.

  • Legacy Loyalty Club members are not eligible for Better Sleep Club benefits unless Bedding Co advises otherwise.

4. Member Benefits

Your membership includes the following benefits for the duration of your term:

4.1 10% Off Eligible Orders

Members receive 10% off eligible purchases at beddingco.com.au.
Discount exclusions apply (see Section 5).

4.2 Free Standard Shipping

Members receive free shipping on standard-sized items Australia-wide.
Oversized or bulky items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be shown at checkout.

4.3 120-day Love It Guarantee (Sleep Trial)

Applies to eligible sleep comfort items: Pillows, Quilts & doonas, Mattresses & Mattress toppers

Members receive a 120-night trial from date of purchase. If the product isn’t right for you, you may return it within the trial period for a refund, exchange or credit note. Sleep trial items may be opened and trialled and do not need to be returned in original packaging.

4.4 120-day Standard Returns

Members receive 120-day returns on eligible items including:

  • Bed linen, Towels, Mattress & pillow protector, Throws, Furniture, and other non-trial items

Standard return items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging / resellable condition.

4.5 Welcome Gift

New members receive a FREE 100% Mulberry Silk Sleep Mask valued at $59 - dispatched by 15 January 2026. Bedding co may substitute a gift of equal or greater value if required. Welcome gifts cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.6 Member-Only Offers

Members may receive access to exclusive promotions, early access, member pricing, events, seasonal bonuses or surprise perks. Availability may vary.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

5.1 Discount Exclusions

The 10% member discount may not apply to Clearance items, Gift cards, Pre-order items, Limited edition collections, Promotions explicitly marked as excluded.

5.2 Offer Stacking

Member discounts cannot be combined with other promo codes or offers unless stated.

6. Use of Membership

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the member account used to purchase them.

  • One membership per customer account.

  • Bedding co may suspend or cancel membership (without refund) if misuse, fraud or abuse is identified.

7. Program Changes

Bedding co may update, change, pause, or discontinue aspects of Better Sleep Club at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify members before they take effect. If the Program is discontinued, active members retain benefits until the end of their paid term.

8. Privacy & Communications

Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By joining, you agree to receive member communications including offers, reminders and program updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing at any time, but essential membership/order updates may still be sent.

Occasionally we will offer special promotions to our customers that we refer to as “special offers” or “special offer”. This can include a gift with purchase, free shipping, manufacturer offers, welcome offer, giveaways, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers may be for a limited time only.

Welcome offer is for first time subscribers only and expires in 30 days from time of sign-up. Promo code must be applied at checkout for welcome offer to be valid and can be used in addition to other special offers.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to the following terms:

Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 00:00:00 11/12/24 AEDT and concludes 21:59:59 22/12/24 AEDT.

Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all customers who place an order to the value of $150+ in one transaction on www.beddingco.com.au during the Promotion Period.

The 'Spend & Win Your Order Back' promotion is open to Australian citizens who are 18 years or older.

Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Bedding co and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter
Every order to the value of $150+ in one transaction placed during the Promotion Period automatically qualifies for a chance to win.
No additional entry is required beyond placing an order to the value of $150+ in one transaction.
There is no limit to the number of entries; each qualifying order counts as a separate entry.

Prize Details
Winners will receive a full refund of their order total (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase.

Selection of Winners.
Three (3) winners will be chosen randomly from all valid orders during the promotional period. Bedding co's decision is final & binding.

Claiming the Prize

Limitation of Liability
Bedding co is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, delays, or other issues that may affect participation in the Promotion.

General
Bedding co reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the competition if an event outside its control prevents it from operating the competition as planned. Bedding co's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
