Rest easy knowing that our products are backed by five to 10 years warranty against material or workmanship defects. Our promise means you’ll receive a replacement or refund free of charge under warranty terms. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or poor maintenance or indirect loss.

120 Days Trial

We want you to love what you buy, no matter what it is. From mattresses to pillowcases, we work hard to deliver the best products to our customers.

Take up to 120 days to settle in with your new item to see if it's a good fit for you. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll send you a return-paid sticker or schedule a free pickup and refund you. We donate returned mattresses to a good cause.

How to claim warranty

  1. Email or give us a call at 1300 634 054 to get a warranty claim form. We'll shoot you back a returns form and a reply-paid sticker. 
  2. Print out the shipping label and stick it on your return package. 
  3. Drop off your parcel at any Australia Post office or post box. It’s as easy as that!

Once we get your return, we'll sort out the refund within five business days. Whether it's a refund or an exchange, we'll email you to confirm it's all done.
