Free Returns

Your purchase is completely risk-free. We're all about top-quality products and top-notch service at Bedding co – if for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If your item arrives damaged or if you're just not happy with it, contact us. We'll make it right by replacing it or offering you a refund. We'll also cover the cost of the return. 

You can trust us to take care of you every step of the way.

How to return

  1. Shoot us an email at sales@beddingco.com.au or call us at 1300 634 054 to request a refund or exchange. We'll send you our returns form and a reply paid sticker.
  2. Print out the shipping label and stick it on your return parcel.
  3. Drop off your package at any Australia Post office (totally free!) or post box.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within five business days. We'll then email you to confirm it's all done. 

Return terms and conditions

Items must be returned:

  • Within 120 days of purchase.
  • In the original condition.
  • In proper packaging.

120 Days Trial

We want you to love what you buy, no matter what it is. From mattresses to pillowcases, we work hard to deliver the best products to our customers.

Take up to 120 days to settle in with your new item to see if it's a good fit for you. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll send you a return-paid sticker or schedule a free pickup and refund you. We donate returned mattresses to a good cause.
