Very comfy pillow
In search of a decent European size goose down pillow, malleable to neck and head for a multi-position sleeper (stomach, back and sides), I came across this one and it has not disappointed both in softness being perfect and price very reasonable.

Where is this pillow made, and where does the down come from?

It's made in Germany and filled with Hungarian goose down and goose feather. All fill is ethically sourced and DOWNPASS certified, so its origin and quality are independently audited. We deliver our goose down pillows Australia-wide.

What does 700+ fill power mean?

Fill power measures how much space the down fills, which reflects the size of its clusters. Higher fill power means larger clusters that feel lighter, loft higher and last longer. At 700+, our Hungarian goose down sits in the premium range.

Why is it down on the outside and feather on the inside?

Pure down pillows can feel too soft, while feather pillows on their own can feel firm. Our goose down and feather pillow combines both: soft down where your head rests, and a supportive feather core that stops it going flat.

Is it good for side sleepers?

Yes. Its medium support, with a soft feel on top and steady support underneath, suits side sleepers as well as back and stomach sleepers. You can scrunch and shape it to support your head and neck in any position.

How high is the pillow?

It has a medium height that suits most sleepers. Height varies slightly with how much you fluff it, and larger sizes hold more fill, so Queen, King and European pillows sit a little higher than Standard.

What size pillow do I need?

Our standard pillow size is 48 x 73cm, which suits most beds and fits a standard pillowcase. A queen pillow is 51 x 76cm and a king pillow is 51 x 91cm, for extra room to move. A European pillow is 65 x 65cm square and fits a European pillowcase, ideal for layering behind standard pillows or reading in bed.

How do I wash a goose down pillow?

Machine wash gently at 60°C with a mild detergent, then tumble dry on low until completely dry. Avoid bleach and ironing. Between washes, fluff and air it regularly, and use a pillow protector to keep it fresh.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes. It's hypoallergenic, dust mite resistant and OEKO-TEX® certified, independently tested for harmful substances.

Is it a sustainable choice?

Goose down and feather are natural, renewable fills. Ours is DOWNPASS certified, which means it's traceable and never live-plucked, and down is naturally biodegradable. A well-cared-for down pillow also lasts for years, so you replace it less often.
